About Frandon

Your Main Responsibilities
Plan work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently to ensure optimal production line performance
Supervise daily production operations to achieve established targets
Lead daily start‑of‑shift meetings and DMS Gambas Walk floor meetings
Train and coach production team members
Ensure smooth handovers between night and day shifts
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed
Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational issues
Participate in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and government regulations throughout the production process
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes
Act as an ambassador for workplace health and safety and maintain high standards across the production line
Perform any other related duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of production processes in the food industry
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly
Leadership skills and previous supervisory experience
Comfortable working in a cold and humid environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Work Schedule
Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Night shift – on‑site position.
