Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving contract sales across Canada through proactive lead generation, relationship development, and competitive project bidding. This role partners closely with clients to conceptualize, plan, and prepare pricing estimates and creative design proposals, delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Working collaboratively with the Engineering, Estimating, and Sales teams, the Sales Executive will identify new market opportunities aligned with corporate strategy while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Who You Are
You are a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You bring strong technical knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and the confidence to support clients through design, production, and installation considerations. You are collaborative by nature and lead by example when working cross-functionally with internal team members across various departments. We have a strong preference for candidates based in the GTA area. If this sounds like you, or someone you know, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Generating sales leads
- Prepare pricing estimates for projects and submit written proposals to clients
- Pre-qualify potential clients with appropriate questions to establish budget, timelines, and compatibility, prepare quotations and site installation meetings as required
- Manage clients’ expectations by informing them of company processes, policies, and timelines
- Update clients of business changes such as product offering, pricing, or assembly options
- Use CRM to track Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts along with timelines
- Participate in various departmental and interdepartmental meetings and trainings as required
- Attend industry shows, conferences, events, etc. as required
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the construction/building materials industry
- Strong business and sales acumen, including excellent business communication skills in English, both written and oral
- An understanding of the metals industry a strong asset, including powder coating and aluminum extrusions
- High-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated individual
- Excellent planning, coordination, and scheduling skills
- Reliability, integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills with a strong ability to establish relationships and close deals
- Exceptional, industry leading, customer service skills with a proven strength in exceeding client expectations and an ability to identify best product and fit for client needs
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
- Must be flexible with work hours
Total compensation reflected is comprised of base salary, competitive commission structure, and additional employment perks, and is variable based on the incumbents' sales performance
