The Line Cook works with our Cafeteria team to provide exceptional quality meals and outstanding service to fellow DIRTT employees in our family style cafeteria.

#####What You'll Do

• Set up and tear down of kitchen including stocking food and beverage stations.
• Daily preparation and presentation of food in our family style cafeterias in accordance with our quality standards.
• Work alongside a Red Seal Chef.
• Collaborating with team around weekly menu.
• Maintaining sanitary standards for kitchen, cafeteria cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ordering of supplies as well as receiving of deliveries.
• Preparing meals for special events such as in-house guests and office gatherings.
• Cleaning and stocking of dishes on a daily basis.
• Contribute to positive and efficient working environment.

#####What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a private or corporate food service environment.
• Must be available to work any day of the week from 6:00am - 2:30pm as needed.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or educational equivalent.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to ever changing environment.
• Dependable individual with a focus on providing top notch customer service.
• Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
