About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of MRA/MRIA regulatory programs, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and business objectives across multiple applications and teams. This role requires expertise in portfolio communications, regulatory project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring governance compliance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering timely updates to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of MRAMRIA regulatory programs, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines across multiple applications and teams.
- Manage portfolio communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, and project teams.
- Provide senior management with timely updates on portfolio milestones, issues, and risks.
- Prepare status updates and executive-level materials for FIAT governance forums and senior leadership meetings.
- Establish program-level metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure remediation progress and sustainability beyond project closure.
- Champion change management and adoption strategies, ensuring impacted stakeholders across business lines are engaged and prepared for regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to address project dependencies and resolve impediments.
- Partner with Business Technology Owners to ensure deliverables achieve business results and value creation.
- Set up appropriate governance and oversight for all projects.
- Monitor project milestones, escalating risks and issues to program managers and leadership as required.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Resource Managers to determine milestones and hold teams accountable to delivery commitments.
- Raise, track, and resolve project issues; escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and ensure accurate status tracking and reporting.
- Support estimation efforts, financial tracking, and preparation of PAR submissions.
- Track resource allocations and ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with RBC procedures and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Profile
- Strong understanding of regulatory program execution and compliance frameworks (MRAMRIA preferred).
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Skilled in governance reporting, executive-level communication, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience with financial tracking, budgeting, and resource management tools.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and project tracking tools (e.g., RAID logs).
Functional Profile
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
- Ability to champion change management and adoption strategies across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing executive-level communications and governance forums.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.87/hour - $59.17/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
