Site Supply Chain Director
Your Future Role
You are in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistic operations.
Things You'll Enjoy
Strategy:
- Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategy
Standards (Process, Methods & Tools):
- Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation
- Manage deployment roadmap through the Regions / Cluster
Transversal Process & Tools:
- Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validation
Human Resources:
- Deploy targeted organization
- Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path
- Identify World Class Manufacturing experts
- Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels
Finance:
- Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost
- Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiatives
Performance & Design:
- Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets
- Ensure compliant on process review, audits
- Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses
- Manage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites),
- Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.
- Manage process and activities related Industrial Planning, Project Supply Chain, Material Planning and supplier’s delivery performance and Logistics in coordination with the related departments.

Educational Requirements

University Degree
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in an Industrial Environment
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- ERP management experience
Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $134,560 – $176,610 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
