About the role

Reporting to the Customer Support Team leader at the Sawmills Division Head Office, this position will be responsible for providing customer support for all Sawmills Operations. This would include providing support to the sales team regarding invoicing-related inquiries or issues. They may be responsible for troubleshooting invoice discrepancies, providing customer support for billing-related questions, and ensuring that the ERP system accurately captures and processes invoice data.

  • Receive and proof sales orders for weekly billing functions

  • Maintain accurate daily inventory records for several consignment reloads

  • Enter/Update miscellaneous perpetual inventory adjustments into ERP system

  • Investigate and correct billing discrepancies and errors

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

  • Education - College Diploma (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

  • Demonstrates high standards of customer service

  • Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter

  • Detail oriented and well organized
