We're currently looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced and friendly team.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers?handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a dedication to providing top-tier service.

Responsibilities

· Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from customers and contractors

· Complete customer sales transactions and provide quotes accurately and efficiently

· Schedule daily deliveries with drivers and contractors

· Take and process customer payments

· Assist with purchasing duties as required

· Create and maintain up-to-date customer account records

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

· Attend monthly staff meetings and contribute to team discussions

· Develop and maintain product knowledge of Newmarket Precast's offerings

· Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

· 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar environment

· Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities effectively

· Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Email

· Experience with Netsuite is a strong asset

· Strong phone presence and active listening skills

· High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
