Role Purpose
We are currently seeking several Training Store Managers to join our growing team in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additionally, the Training Store Manager will be in charge of training new employees, implementing store policies, and driving retail sales growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in organizing, planning, and executing company strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, operational SOPs, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.
- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, staff performance monitoring, and regular training sessions.
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Gather and respond to customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
- Support inventory control and procurement to maintain efficient store operations.
- Report operational issues, incidents, or accidents to senior management promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Area Manager.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
