About the role

Tu relèveras du directeur général pour jouer un rôle clé au sein de l'équipe Heli Canada. Tu développeras une connaissance approfondie de la gamme HELI afin de soutenir les équipes internes, de contribuer au positionnement des produits sur le marché canadien et d'assurer un lien étroit avec le manufacturier en Chine, tout en jouant un rôle important dans la gestion de l'information produit, le lancement de nouveaux équipements et le positionnement commercial.
Ce que nous te ferons vivre : Devenir l'expert de la gamme de produits HELI : applications, avantages et positionnement face à la concurrence ; Outiller les équipes de ventes et de marketing avec des comparatifs et des arguments percutants pour gagner le marché canadien ; Piloter le lancement des nouveaux équipements, de la documentation à la mise en marché ; Garder l'information sur les produits claire, juste et accessible à toute l'organisation ; Agir comme pont entre HELI Canada et le manufacturier en Chine pour faire évoluer l'offre selon les besoins du marché ; Collaborer avec le marketing pour mettre en valeur les produits HELI et leurs avantages compétitifs.
Nos attentes envers toi : Diplôme professionnel en mécanique de véhicule roulant ou diplôme en mécanique de niveau collégial ou universitaire et/ou une expérience significative dans le domaine de la manutention, machinerie ou ventes techniques ; Bonne connaissance du marché du chariot élévateur et forte aptitude dans la résolution de problèmes ; Bilinguisme français et anglais ; Bonne maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office ;
Le profil que nous recherchons : Excellentes aptitudes en communication ; Capacité à vulgariser l’information technique ; Excellent sens de l'organisation, d'autonomie et capacité d'apprentissage rapide ; Disponible pour voyager au Canada et occasionnellement chez le manufacturier en Chine.
Les conditions de travail : Un horaire stable de jour, du lundi au vendredi, basé sur 40 heures/semaine ; Régime d'assurances collectives payé à 50% par l’employeur pour le bien-être quotidien ; Régime de retraite avec contribution de l'employeur pour soutenir tes projets de retraite ; 12 jours fériés pour profiter d'un repos bien mérité ; Un budget annuel pour des vêtements corporatifs ; Des activités sociales organisées par l'employeur, simplement pour le plaisir du moment ; Une équipe de travail à l’esprit convivial, respectueuse et dynamique, qui aime avoir du plaisir au travail.

English version : Forklifts are your thing? Drive a growing brand forward as our HELI Product expert. You will report to the General Manager and play a key role within the Heli Canada team. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the HELI lineup to support internal teams, help position the products in the Canadian market and maintain a close link with the manufacturer in China, while playing an important role in managing product information, launching new equipment and shaping commercial positioning.
What you will experience with us: Become the expert on the HELI product line: applications, benefits and positioning against the competition; Equip the sales and marketing teams with comparisons and compelling arguments to win the Canadian market; Lead the launch of new equipment, from documentation to market rollout; Keep product information clear, accurate and accessible across the whole organization; Act as the bridge between HELI Canada and the manufacturer in China to evolve the offering according to market needs; Work with marketing to showcase HELI products and their competitive advantages.
What we expect from you: A vocational diploma in mobile vehicle mechanics or a college or university degree in mechanics, and/or significant experience in material handling, machinery or technical sales; Good knowledge of the forklift market and strong problem-solving skills; Bilingual in French and English; Good command of the Microsoft Office suite;
The profile we are looking for: Excellent communication skills; Ability to make technical information easy to understand; Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and a fast-learning ability; Available to travel within Canada and occasionally to the manufacturer in China.
Working conditions: A stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours/week; Group insurance plan paid 50% by the employer for your everyday well-being; Retirement plan with employer contribution to support your retirement goals; 12 statutory holidays to enjoy some well-deserved rest; An annual budget for company clothing; Social activities organized by the employer, simply for the fun of it; A friendly, respectful and dynamic team that loves having fun at work.
