Dental Administrator – Northwest Calgary | 123Dentist Are you a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for supporting dental teams and ensuring smooth office operations? Our thriving practice located in the northwest of Calgary is seeking a dedicated Dental Administrator to join us on a full-time basis. Position Overview As a pivotal member of our team, you will work behind the scenes to organize, implement systems, and maintain structure — all to ensure the efficient daily operation of our practice. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program or Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software, preferably Dentrix, is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with patients and families
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism
