About the role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience with digital video advertising platforms (e.g., YouTube, CTV, OTT), including key brand safety and suitability standards.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in selling or executing upper-funnel brand marketing campaigns that prioritize metrics like Reach, Frequency, Brand Lift, and Viewability.
  • Experience sales success Brand-focused advertising solutions.
  • Experience in audience research, creative best practices, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in media planning tools and cross-media measurement methodologies to effectively advocate for video budget reallocation from traditional media (TV) to digital (YouTube).

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders (including Brand and Media leads) by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results. Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive business.
  • Partner with customer Brand and Media leads to develop full-funnel video strategies that address brand-building objectives (e.g., brand awareness, consideration, perception shifts).
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate excellent value to customers, maintaining account hygiene. Leverage deep knowledge of YouTube's content, audiences, and ad formats to construct compelling creative and media proposals.
