As an Industry X Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work to reimagine the products our clients make and how they make them.
The work:
- Kick-start your career in our Industry X Development Program (XDP) to learn the latest skills
- Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes
- Join your teammates to dive into consulting projects, deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients
- Work with Industry X professionals on projects that support our clients design, engineering, manufacturing, technology, consulting and operations service areas
The work location for this role can include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Current 2025 Accenture Summer Co-op Analyst
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Masters degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) by August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong desire to join a global consulting firm
- Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)
- Interest or experience in a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain environment
- Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles and feel comfortable getting up in front of a group of people to lead workshops
- Familiarity with core consulting skills business, processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology
- Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage and enables team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
