Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open and close the site.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and partners, and direct them to the appropriate service or department.
- Provide clear information about the services, products, or programs offered.
- Respond professionally to inquiries in person, by phone, or by email.
- Handle customer comments, complaints, or concerns, with follow-up as required.
- Share suggestions and feedback with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written French.

Status: Temporary, part-time
