A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the Capital Markets Operations (CMO) team means acting as a strategic partner in data valorization and decision-making. This role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact by leveraging your expertise in analytics, visualization, and process improvement.

Your Role

• Design and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security within your scope.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead end-to-end analytical projects.
• Contribute to process automation and the development of robust data pipelines.
• Participate in transformation initiatives and lead strategic analytical projects.

Your Team

Within the Settlement of Transaction Processes (STP) sector in the CMO team, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Processes. You will join a group of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.

Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
