Your Role
- Design and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security within your scope.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead end-to-end analytical projects.
- Contribute to process automation and the development of robust data pipelines.
- Participate in transformation initiatives and lead strategic analytical projects.
Your Team
Within the Settlement of Transaction Processes (STP) sector in the CMO team, you will be part of a team of 15 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Processes. You will join a group of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.
We promote a variety of continuous learning methods to support your development, including learning through action, access to training content, and collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. Moreover, this evolving role is part of a clear and structured development path that can help you grow in your position and access different levels of responsibility, propelling your career forward.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
