What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator within Finance Division. This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and will sit in our Toronto office. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner. You will provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax & audit purposes. You will report directly to the Manager of Accounts Payable and regularly collaborate with other global operations departments/teams.
How We Work
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Workspace in our Toronto office

- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:
- Processing corporate accounts payable, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, accordance with the company policy, and attention to detail.
- Reconciling Corporate credit card charges.
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes with Vendors.
- Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and copies of cheques by saving documents properly on the network.
- Assisting with onboarding new users and providing user support for the corporate T&E system, Concur.
- Assisting with Audit support as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Degree in Accounting/Economics or a similar field
- Prior experience in Finance or General Accounting, processing corporate payables would be an advantage
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Experience using SAP Concur as an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during month-end process.
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
