With a team of over 80 professional technicians, we provide residential and commercial services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, high dusting, and full-service janitorial solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercialwindow cleaning.
• Completepressure washingincluding building exteriors, walkways, and surfaces.
• Performgutter cleaningand ensure proper drainage.
• Conducthigh dustingin commercial and industrial environments.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Represent BINX in a professional manner at all job sites.
• Assist in marketing as required(yard signs, door hangers, events, etc...) -**Peak season:**Expect to work 2 Saturdays per month booked in advance.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and insurance history with a clean drivers record. -A company vehicle is provided; must be over 25 yrs old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 75 lbs).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Cleaning or exterior maintenance experience (Preferred but not required)

Compensation:

-$18.00 – $25.00 per hour
