Harbex Group Inc. is looking for motivated and experienced Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

We are seeking driven sales professionals who understand the transportation and logistics industry and are confident in building new business relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mentality, enjoys connecting with new prospects, and knows how to create long-term value for customers shipping freight across Canada, the U.S., and cross-border lanes.

What you’ll be doing:

Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers Identify new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups Manage your sales pipeline and stay consistent with customer outreach Understand customer shipping needs and provide transportation solutions through Harbex Group Work closely with our logistics team to support shipments from quote to delivery Represent Harbex Group professionally while helping grow our customer base

What we’re looking for:

2–3 years of business development or sales experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, cross-border, and general freight services Proven ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision A customer-first mindset and the ability to handle challenges professionally
