Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist for a 6 month contract role. This position is a remote position with no onsite requirement at our client’s Toronto office.
Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist - Job Description: The Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist will support the implementation and optimization of the Workforce Planning (WFP) and headcount planning architecture. This role involves new development and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules to enhance workforce planning capabilities.
Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist - Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and configure Oracle EPM Cloud Workforce Planning (WFP) module for headcount and compensation planning
- Develop position-based planning architecture including FTE, headcount, and salary planning dimensions
- Author and maintain Groovy calculation rules for driver-based models and compensation calculations
- Configure EPBCS Planning forms, dashboards, and task flows
- Implement and validate data integration with Workday HCM, Oracle ERP, and HR data feeds
- Design Smart View templates and reporting for FP&A and HR business partners
Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Workforce Planning implementation
- Strong experience with Oracle EPBCS configuration and development
- Expertise in Groovy calculation rules development
- Experience in headcount and compensation planning architecture
- Experience with Oracle EPM data integration and reporting
Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in pension fund or institutional investment environments
- Experience delivering Oracle EPM implementations in consulting or professional services
- Experience supporting UAT, SIT testing, and change management
- Experience with workforce scenario modeling and budget/forecast planning cycles
Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist – Assignment Length: This is a 6 month contract position.
