As a Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, modelling, and variance analysis
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing requested financial information and supporting audit procedures
- Utilizing financial software and tools, such as accounting software or spreadsheet applications, to perform financial analysis and reporting tasks
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Part of the GSC finance provides support and insight for the business through planning, analyzing and reporting
- As a Finance Specialist, you will provide financial planning and support for Global Supply Chain cross the business
- This role will be a key member of the Global supply Chain Finance team. As Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for Weekly capex reporting, Tracking tariffs and duty drawbacks, Monthly and quarterly reporting including ad hoc to HQ and corporate, Preparing monthly journal entries, Managing the business cycle- 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization
- Monitoring KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- Manufacturing, Engineering, supply, commissioning
- Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed
- Governance and annual review regarding GSC processes and procedures
- Assisting in financial analysis tasks, such as analyzing financial statements, budget variances, and performance metrics to provide insights to management

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
- Have experience partnering with business functions and the ability to influence others to drive financial and functional performance
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- With the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
