Pay: CA$23.00-CA$28.00 per hour
Job Description: Remember When HealthCare Ltd. is actively seeking a Clinic Office Manager to join our team in PEI. With decades of combined experience, our office team will be working diligently alongside you to ensure the proper supports are in place to be effective at delivering consistent and reliable services on schedule.
The Clinic Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, financial administration, and clinic operations. This role serves as the primary administrative lead within the clinic and works closely with both staff and head office to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, hours to be determined.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage reception, client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. ● Oversee daily clinic administration, office organization, supplies, and inventory. ● Coordinate staff scheduling, vacation requests, and coverage needs. ● Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding. ● Maintain employee records, certifications, and training documentation. ● Assist with payroll administration, financial reconciliations, deposits, and reporting. ● Support quality assurance, compliance, privacy, and documentation requirements. ● Act as the primary administrative resource for clinic staff and escalate operational concerns as needed. ● Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field considered an asset Minimum 3 years of administrative, office management, or healthcare administration experience. Experience with scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and client service. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite and other cloud-based systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
