The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking aProject and Services Coordinatorto join our team based in Mirabel, Québec (Canada), where you will work within the Airbus Site and Common Spaces team located in Mirabel.
You will be part of the team responsible for managing and improving Airbus facilities and production uniforms.
The team is organized to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Project and Services Coordinator will include:
-**Service optimization:**Evaluate supplier performance, resolve day-to-day operational issues, and propose service improvements. -**Supplier management:**Act as the main point of contact for external service providers (cafeteria, mail services, uniform supplier, service calls, etc.). -**Related project management:**Lead special assignments related to infrastructure or workplace quality of life improvements (e.g., implementation of new processes, various requests, small projects). -**Uniform coordination:**Manage the full uniform lifecycle for blue-collar employees (ordering, fittings, distribution, returns, and billing follow-up). -**Administrative follow-up:**Prepare purchase requests, initiate service calls, and track their progress.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
Profile Sought
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination and/or customer service, external supplier contract management, or logistics.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with tight deadlines, strong negotiation skills, and rigorous documentation practices.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities to maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and colleagues.
Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to make operational decisions and take proactive action to prevent issues before they arise.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to delivering a high-quality experience to internal users (welcoming cafeteria, compliant uniforms, efficient mail services).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to discuss terms and conditions, manage billing or service disputes with suppliers, and obtain the best value for money.
Software Skills: Comfortable navigating Google Workspace, Excel, and other related tools.
Asset: Previous experience in a unionized or industrial environment (uniform management or food services).
