Nous recherchons un·e Directeur·trice marketing stratégique et pragmatique pour amplifier la voix de Propulso sur le marché et soutenir notre prochaine phase de croissance.
Vous élaborerez et exécuterez une stratégie marketing complète couvrant le marketing numérique, le contenu, le SEO, le positionnement de marque et les événements.
Ce rôle allie vision stratégique et exécution concrète; parfait pour une personne à la fois orientée stratégie et terrain, qui aime transformer les idées en résultats tangibles.
Vos responsabilités
- Définir et faire évoluer l’identité de marque, en assurant la cohérence sur tous les canaux et points de contact clients.
- Établir, suivre et présenter les indicateurs de performance clés (génération de leads, performance des campagnes, contribution au pipeline de ventes).
- Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes de marketing basé sur les comptes (ABM) ciblant les secteurs clés de Propulso (commerce de détail, tourisme, urbanisme, secteur public, etc.).
- Rédiger des contenus de leadership éclairé (livres blancs, études de cas, webinaires, communiqués de presse) afin de positionner Propulso comme un leader en intelligence de localisation.
- Optimiser et gérer le site web, le SEO et la présence en ligne pour stimuler une croissance organique durable.
- Piloter les initiatives de marketing numérique sur les plateformes prioritaires (LinkedIn, Google Ads, médias sectoriels ciblés) pour accroître la visibilité et générer des leads entrants.
- Planifier et gérer les campagnes payantes, en les ajustant selon les données et le rendement (ROI).
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes pour aligner les messages, les campagnes et les objectifs de pipeline.
- Coordonner la présence de Propulso lors d’événements, salons et conférences, tant sur le plan stratégique que logistique.
- Contribuer aux initiatives de marque employeur afin de soutenir l’attraction et la rétention des talents.
Profil recherché
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience progressive en marketing B2B SaaS, idéalement dans les domaines de l’analyse, des données ou de la technologie géospatiale.
- Succès démontré dans la génération de leads entrants, le développement du pipeline et l’augmentation de la notoriété de marque.
- Solide expertise en automatisation marketing, analytique et outils SEO (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CMS).
- Maîtrise du marketing numérique (SEO, SEM, publicités LinkedIn et Google) et de la stratégie de contenu.
- Expérience en campagnes ABM et en nurturing pour des clients d’envergure.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes.
- Expérience concrète en création de contenu à fort impact (articles, études de cas, webinaires, livres blancs).
- Leadership démontré : expérience dans la gestion d’une petite équipe marketing ou de partenaires externes/agences.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de mener plusieurs initiatives simultanément.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, parlé et écrit.

About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to amplify Propulso’s voice in the market and drive our next stage of growth. You will design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering digital inbound, content, SEO, branding, and events. This is a role where strategy meets execution. It is ideal for someone who thrives on both big-picture thinking and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
What you will do:
- Define and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and client touchpoints.
- Establish, track, and report KPIs for lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting Propulso’s key verticals (retail, tourism, urban planning, government, etc.).
- Craft compelling thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, press releases) to position Propulso as a leader in location intelligence.
- Optimize and manage our website, SEO, and online presence to drive sustained organic growth.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across priority platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, targeted industry media) to increase visibility and generate inbound leads.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns, continuously refining based on data-driven insights and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging, campaigns, and pipeline objectives.
- Coordinate Propulso’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, overseeing both strategy and logistics.
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives to support talent attraction and retention.
What you bring to the table:
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in analytics, data, or geospatial technology.
- Proven success driving measurable growth in inbound leads, pipeline generation, and brand visibility.
- Strong expertise with marketing automation, analytics, and SEO tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CMS platforms).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and content strategy.
- Experience with account-based marketing and nurturing campaigns targeting enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into engaging stories.
- Hands-on experience creating high-impact content (blogs, case studies, webinars, whitepapers).
- Demonstrated leadership: experience building or managing small marketing teams and/or working with external contractors/agencies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
