Position Overview:

The Manager, Employee Experience & People Analytics is a bold, curious, and deeply thoughtful leader that shapes how we understand the experiences of our employees through data. This role is not for someone who waits to be told what to do but sees ambiguity as opportunity, discomfort as growth, and data as a tool for storytelling and innovation.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Highly analytical with previous experience in people analytics, building dashboards and driving insights.
  • Effective communication skills to translate complex data into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
