  • Documentation & Analysis: Meticulously document findings from process tests, generating comprehensive reports that highlight key insights and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey project results and perspectives, influencing decision-makers and shaping the direction of process redesign efforts.
  • Developing and Implementing SOPs: Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new packaging processes, ensuring they are comprehensive and clear. Lead training sessions for all relevant stakeholders, both within the packaging team and across other departments, to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of new procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire packaging development and approval process from kick-off to pre-press and printing, ensuring all deliverables meet prescribed timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third parties to track progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Content & Design Oversight: Edit and re-write supplied packaging copy, providing art direction to ensure designs are compelling, brand-consistent, relevant, and regulatory compliant. Ensure all content aligns with marketing objectives, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Compliance & Research: Maintain thorough knowledge of Canadian packaging and product regulations, ensuring all packaging adheres to these standards. Conduct research on competitive products to ensure our packaging is effective and "best in class."
