By joining our team, you will directly contribute to our mission: to support the organization in staffing its positions to enable municipal services and offices to achieve their strategic objectives. You will also participate in the professional development of employees by promoting their progression and mobility within the organization.
In this role, you will be called upon to support talent acquisition advisors in various selection processes, particularly for mass recruitment processes.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of staffing strategies tailored to high volumes;
- Participating in the logistical organization of selection events (recruitment days, assessment centers, group tests, etc.);
- Contributing to the optimization of tools, processes, and communications to ensure an efficient and smooth candidate experience despite the high volume of applications;
- Actively participating in high-volume recruitment campaigns (e.g., police officers, firefighters, seasonal or operational positions) to ensure their success and adherence to deadlines;
- Preparing job postings, analyzing applications, conducting phone interviews;
- Coordinating interviews and serving on selection committees;
- Creating and updating selection tools (interview questionnaires, evaluation grids, etc.);
- Planning and coordinating the administration of selection mechanisms for internal postings, performing required follow-ups, and compiling results.
The ideal profile for us
- Holding a bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or business administration, with a focus on human resources management;
- Having three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Being a member of the CRHA Order (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills in French, both verbally and in writing.
