The role
We’re looking to hire a Director of Marketing to help Una realize its mission of becoming the AI-powered performance planning platform of choice for modern businesses. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS marketing who can execute on Una’s marketing strategy across demand generation, marketing operations, and go-to-market enablement. You’ll be accountable for building a repeatable, AI-augmented engine that increases awareness, generates qualified pipeline, and supports revenue growth.
Our new office is located in Liberty Village, and we look forward to having you collaborate with the team on-site 3 days per week.
You will join a lean, high-impact team of three, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. While you will manage some external partners, this is currently an individual contributor role with no internal direct reports.
What you’ll do

Drive demand generation across key channels (content, paid, events, SEO), with clear performance targets tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Develop and lead the AI-enablement strategy across the marketing stack to optimize marketing campaign creation, automate routine operations, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Manage the website and conversion journey: landing pages, funnels, experimentation, and performance optimisation.

Lead SEO and content programs that grow qualified traffic and support conversion (strategy, briefs, publishing cadence, optimisation).

Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to track all marketing activities, ensuring data-driven insights are available for strategic adjustments and performance improvements.

Own HubSpot CRM/marketing automation hygiene, segmentation, and funnel attribution basics.

Plan and execute events and partner moments that generate meetings and measurable pipeline impact.

Strengthen brand positioning through creative storytelling and targeted initiatives.

Manage budgets and external partners to ensure work ships on time, meets quality standards, and drives ROI.

Establish a simple operating cadence (prioritisation, weekly shipping, monthly reporting) and continuously improve performance through testing and iteration.

Create compelling marketing materials and promotional content.

Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide the collateral and tools necessary for effective prospecting and closing deals.
What we’re looking for

8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including ownership of multi-channel programs that drive pipeline.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automated research, or generative creative tools) to improve speed and quality of marketing workflows.

Proven experience in demand gen + marketing ops (CRM/automation, lifecycle, reporting) and comfort being hands-on.

Experience thriving in a high-velocity startup environment. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, frequent pivots, and 'shipping' work quickly while maintaining high standards.

Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and conversion funnels.

Excellent communication and writing skills (clear, credible, customer-oriented).

Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product in a fast-moving environment.

Ability to lead through influence, manage partners, and keep work moving without heavy process.
Nice to have

Experience marketing to Finance leaders (CFO, FP&A, Controller) or adjacent categories (analytics, data, BI, ERP, planning).

Experience with review platforms and reputation programs (e.g., G2) and turning them into conversion assets.

Experience supporting outbound motions with messaging, sequences, and nurture systems.
