About the role
Main Functions
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and successfully delivering projects related to the development, launch, and follow-up of products intended for the private. The person plays a central liaison role between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure deliverable quality, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the launch of new products or the reformulation of existing products, ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external teams;
- Lead internal project follow-up meetings to align teams on objectives and timelines;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all technical documentation requests (CoA, specification sheets, structure claims, etc.), via email or client platforms;
- Complete and update product documentation and specifications as requested by clients;
- Coordinate the artwork development and approval process with all stakeholders (clients, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Packaging, external agencies);
- Contribute to the development of customized innovative concepts, support formulation development, and participate in innovation meetings with clients;
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive monitoring in the private label probiotic market to identify opportunities;
- Use the CDP (Customer Data Platform) for project creation and updates;
- Prepare product samples in response to client requests;
- Maintain up-to-date product catalogs and information-sharing tools;
- Review and approve commercial product specifications;
- Perform any other related duties.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a Master’s degree in Project Management
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing, nutraceutical, food, or other regulated environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and predominantly English-speaking clients

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail in deliverable execution
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and contribute to continuous improvement

- Availability for occasional travel (5–10%), depending on project needs
