Join Our Growing Team as an EMDR Therapist in Alberta
The Canadian Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCCP) is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate EMDR Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Alberta.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges while enjoying the flexibility of a fully virtual practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and adults affected by trauma and related concerns. Utilize EMDR Therapy to support trauma processing and recovery. Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner. Maintain ethical and professional practice standards. Participate in case consultations and team collaboration when appropriate.
Qualifications
Registered and authorized to practice in Alberta. EMDR Basic Training completed (preferred). Experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and attachment-related concerns. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
