In accordance with Letter of Understanding #7 – Teaching Assistants and Laboratory Demonstrators, and under the direct supervision of the College Professor, the Teaching Assistant assists the supervisor with activities in the field of Kinesiology.
Functions and Duties
The Teaching Assistant will assist the supervisor by performing the following duties:

Performs objective marking for instructors.

Performs other related duties similar in scope.
Position Specific Functions
Education and Experience
Must be enrolled in the second, third or fourth year of an accredited post-secondary program in a relevant discipline.
Prior work experience is an asset.
Skills and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet

Works effectively both independently and as part of a team

Effective writing and organizational skills
