Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a knack for numbers and organization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting construction and field operations? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re seeking an Administration Clerk to support our Construction Division in Hanover, working directly with the General Manager of Construction and project teams. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring payroll, invoicing, and reporting processes run smoothly and efficiently — keeping our operations on track.
Salary range is $50,000 to $64,000 based on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collect and input timesheet data using job numbers
- Reconcile payroll data between field reports and accounting software
- Code and process invoices with appropriate job and accounting codes
- Verify supplier purchases and trucker invoices for accuracy
- Prepare summaries and payment certificates for Head Office
- Create reports and documentation to support operations
- Use your Excel and admin skills to help the team stay organized and efficient
Here’s What You Need
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or office administration
- Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid Microsoft Office knowledge
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing priorities
- Team player who communicates clearly and follows through
