June Health is hiring a Naturopathic Doctor. - Part Time/Fractional - 100% Virtual At June Health, supporting women through every major life transition is our mission. From fertility and menstrual health to perimenopause, menopause, and the everyday symptoms that impact energy, mood, digestion, and hormones. We’re looking for an ND who’s passionate about women’s health, collaborative care, and helping members take back control of their health with supportive clinical care by their side. You’ll join forces with NPs, Psychologists, RDs, and Coaches in a modern, integrated clinical model. Responsibilities
Provide whole‑person naturopathic care for women across life stages, including fertility, menstrual health, perimenopause, and menopause. Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments. Build personalized, evidence‑informed care plans that support sustainable symptom relief and long‑term health. Work closely with June’s multidisciplinary team of NPs, Psychologists, RDs, and Coaches to deliver coordinated, integrated care. Document clearly and efficiently within June’s EMR and clinical workflows. Contribute to June’s women’s‑health programs and monthly practitioner rounds. Educate and empower members with warm, accessible, practical guidance.
Qualifications
Registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in good standing in Canada - primary focus currently: ON and BC Clinical experience in women’s health: hormones, fertility, menstrual concerns, perimenopause, menopause. Strong skills in root‑cause assessment, natural therapeutics, and lifestyle medicine. Comfort working in a team‑based, integrated clinical environment. Experience with EMR and conducting virtual visits. Exceptional communication skills: warm, clear, member‑friendly. Ability to create practical, sustainable care plans that fit real life. Experience with digestion, stress, sleep, inflammation, hormonal health and chronic symptoms. Commitment to evidence‑informed practice and ongoing learning. A clinical style that aligns with June’s culture: curious, thoughtful, collaborative, member‑centered.
