About the role

SERVICE FACILITATOR

Clinical Administrative Support (CLASS) Temporary Full Time (37.5 hours/week) until March 2027 Brampton Site/Hybrid Model Replacement Position Compensation Range: $29.14 - $34.05/hour Position Summary: ErinoakKids is seeking enthusiastic employees to fill a temporary full time position as Service Facilitator based out of the Brampton site. Service Facilitators will aid in facilitating referrals to all clinical services within ErinoakKids. This role will provide a positive image of ErinoakKids to our clients and will participate as an active member of the Clinical Administrative Support Services (CLASS) department in meeting overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assists with facilitating referrals to clinical and autism services in a timely manner Responds to client or community inquiries regarding waitlists Assists with provision of information relevant to service specific waitlists/service queues Ensures waitlists are accurate and runs audit reports on waitlist clients Creates and provides appropriate referrals for all clinical services Updates client registration statuses Identifies clients who do not access services on the waitlist Facilitates the transfer of client information when child moves in/out of ErinoakKids service area Discharges clients from the Meditech and ISCIS systems Accurately and efficiently process client data into organizational and provincial databases Qualifications: Post secondary education in a related field; Minimum one-year experience working within a clinical administrative environment; Experience in the CLASS Department is an asset; Experience working in a team setting; Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and time management skills; Strong computer application skills (MS Office – Word, Excel); Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; Demonstrated ability to utilize clear and professional communication skills and to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external clients; Bilingualism in French and English is an asset; Must be able to work until 6 p.m. as required Internal Deadline: August 7, 2026 Attn: Internal Staff Staff actively working in these roles may be prioritized based on your circumstances: Expression of Interest (EOI): Employees currently in this position who wish to be considered for a transfer (including a change in stream, site, or employment status) should select “Paste Resume” and clearly outline your requested change in the text box provided.
