About Roster Administrator
This role is essential for managing the Viewpoint assessor roster and developing strong relationships with assessors.
Duties
- Managing the assessor roster and recruiting new assessors
- Oversee communication with assessors including feedback, addressing concerns, providing guidance and support
- Building and maintaining relationships with assessors
- Serve as the point of contact for assessors
- Handle assessor inquiries
- Maintaining current assessor profiles in the management system, including all regulatory document requirements
- Maintaining current assessment location profiles and contact information
- Coordinate availability to ensure adequate coverage for specialties, services and locations in demand, and release unused availability
- Researching and screening potential new assessors, engaging in preliminary discussions regarding service terms negotiation and expectations regarding fees and availability
- Be involved in recruitment strategy planning
- Conduct assessor training on the management system Assessor Portal
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess strong tendencies for accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills: ability to plan and prioritize workload as well as adaptability to a changing multi-tasked environment
- High-level organizational abilities
- Excellent multi-tasking and stress management skills
- Advanced level of customer service skills
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced level understanding of database requirements and skills
- Familiarity and experience with insurance claims, legislatives policies and medical terminology is an asset.
- Relevant experience in IME work is an asset
- French is an asset
- 3 -5 years experience working in a Client Service or administrative position, ideally within the IME/health care environment
