What you’ll be doing
As a Manager, Continuous Monitoring, Data Analytics & AI, you will support the evolution of Compliance and EAML Examinations Program (CEEP) Continuous Monitoring (CCM) program, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. You will support the building of data-driven strategy for near real-time continuous monitoring that will enable CEEP to be more agile and proactive in addressing and evaluating new and emerging risks, further enhancing the existing risk-based process by quickly identifying and prioritizing exam efforts to high-risk/emerging risk areas. The continuous monitoring program will deliver valuable risk, control, and AI-driven insights to CEEP examination teams, enhancing their ability to shape examination scope, make informed decisions, and respond swiftly to emerging regulatory risks.
You will collaborate with CEEP Examination, Methodology, Quality Assurance teams and other stakeholders to develop data analytics and AI guidance and tools to enhance testing coverage, improve productivity and efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making. In addition to supporting the development of CEEP’s CCM, data analytics, and AI tools, you will work with internal stakeholders to ensure that CEEP’s data and AI capabilities are integrated into existing data infrastructure and reporting frameworks. This role will also be responsible for managing and enhancing CEEP’s technology platform (TeamMate).
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
