About The Role We’re seeking a mid-to-senior level QA Automation Engineer with strong Salesforce testing experience to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce ecosystem, which supports multiple users on a shared instance. You’ll be expected to work autonomously, contribute to test strategy, and drive automation coverage across key Salesforce modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
- Ensure 80–90% test coverage across the Salesforce ecosystem, minimizing reliance on manual testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
- Ensure testing is well-integrated across shared Salesforce instances.
Nice to Have
- Background in CRM testing and enterprise-level QA processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA Automation, specifically within Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
- Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into a team environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems; experience with Salesforce clouds other than Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Comfortable working without extensive BA support; able to interpret and test based on business logic.
