WHAT YOU’LL DO…
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the evolution of our enterprise applications, including NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms.
Reporting to the Director of Information Systems & Technology (IS&T), you’ll partner with teams across the organization to optimize processes, strengthen data integrity, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, leading ERP initiatives, and connecting technology capabilities with real-world business needs.
In this role, you will
Lead ERP and CRM implementation projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives from discovery through successful delivery. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into system configurations, workflows, integrations, and user-focused solutions. Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures to support effective system development and adoption. Evaluate solutions and recommend practical approaches by balancing business value, technical feasibility, cost, risk, and timelines. Optimize business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service using NetSuite and related technologies. Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and user adoption strategies. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and technical resources to successfully deliver projects and enhancements. Provide guidance on ERP best practices, system capabilities, integrations, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Champion data governance and integrity to ensure enterprise systems provide accurate, reliable, and actionable information. Stay current with NetSuite releases, SuiteCloud capabilities, SuiteApps, AI solutions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
OTHER INFORMATION
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kelowna, BC (805 Crowley Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7G6), working Monday to Friday on 8-hour shifts.
WHAT YOU BRING
Post-secondary education in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, administering, and supporting ERP systems, with NetSuite ERP and CRM experience strongly preferred. Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations across multiple departments and teams. Strong business analysis skills with experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, and translating needs into technical solutions. Experience integrating third-party applications and collaborating with vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Strong project management skills with experience managing scope, priorities, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience using AI tools to improve business productivity, automation, and IS&T processes. Oracle NetSuite Foundation certification (or similar ERP certification) is considered an asset. Familiarity or direct experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure services and Azure AI (e.g., identity, data services, AI Foundry) as they relate to enterprise application integration, security, and AI enablement.
