We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Canadian team. Your primary task will be to assist with the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the office and will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Together with customers, partners, and colleagues, we create sustainable solutions that help people and communities thrive. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide administrative support like filing, typing, preparing reports, and circulating office mail, and perform receptionist services such as answering and routing telephone calls and greeting visitors
- Manage office supplies and invoicing
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions and information on onboarding, IT, health and safety, etc., and direct questions to appropriate sources
- Assist peers and departmental team members with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks, and maintain a system to track items requiring follow-up and follow-through
- Exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique situations to higher levels
- Assist with additional office responsibilities, i.e. special office projects, social functions, etc., and assist in other administrative matters as required

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Well-developed organizational capabilities paired with effective handling of several tasks at once
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Exhibit the ability to perform effectively during periods with stringent time schedules
- Be able to interact effectively with all levels of management within the organization
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to workplace professionalism and ethical conduct

Base compensation: $42,400 to $66,000 for Toronto location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience, skill set and/or location
