Title: Marketing Technologist

Job Overview Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communication Services, as the Marketing Technologist , you will provide support to CRM and marketing automation software being leveraged by internal stakeholders, as well as the support and training provided to software users. You support business units by implementing and optimizing their CRM through the build out and maintenance of system architecture, workflow automation, and system data.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Onboarding business units to the CRM and marketing automation platform, including technical setup, contact migration, and user setup.
- Supporting all HubSpot training services, including developing training resources for Qualico’s Learning Management System.
- Building the technical requirements of the CRM, and completing ongoing maintenance of the platform as requested by approved stakeholders.
- Supporting training initiatives provided by the Marketing Support Services department.
- Providing technical support for HubSpot platform users on issues including best practices, system access, email and calendar integrations, assisting users by troubleshooting CRM issues and any other user issues with these platforms.
- Building HubSpot dashboards that provide key metrics for business units including, conversion rate, the performance of marketing assets and sales team, and any other relevant data.
- Completing tasks and projects assigned by the Senior Marketing Technologist.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with HubSpot.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), Content Management Systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Sitefinity), and marketing automation software (HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing business processes and customer experience through workflow automation is a desired asset.

Work Conditions You primarily work in a hybrid work environment during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
