- Experience in sales in a "B2B" environment.

- Ability to bounce back easily and find solutions.
Challenges Awaiting You
- Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
- Respond to customer needs and find suitable solutions on a case-by-case basis. Follow up as necessary and quickly inform key stakeholders of customer feedback (pricing, products, service...).
- Maximize sales with customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
- Work closely with external sales staff.
- Keep your knowledge and skills up to date on offered products and systems used.
- May be called upon to negotiate prices and special terms with customers according to established criteria.
