This is a full-time summer position in a dynamic manufacturing environment that requires no prior experience. The role involves supporting production across multiple areas of the plant.

Replace colleagues during their breaks and vacations on the production shift

Perform housekeeping duties in the plant
-
Support in operating high speed production and packaging equipment and technology safely
-
Handle and feed a variety of raw materials into machinery and equipment in an effort to maintain production runs
-
Operate mobile equipment with precision and safely within a production facility
-
Remove recyclable materials from the production line and deliver to the appropriate destination
-
Remove raw material waste and dispose in compacting equipment
-
Perform any other tasks assigned by Department/Shift Coordinator

Must be a student who is at least 18 years old and be enrolled in high school, post-secondary education, or accepted into post-secondary for Fall 2026

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights and weekends

Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and work in a team environment.

Strong desire to learn new skills and contribute to production goals.

High safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Previous experience in construction or using hand tools is an asset (carpentry, roofing, crack filling, cabinet or flooring installation).

Punctual, hardworking, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
