In This Role, You Will
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL and Azure SQL solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, systems, and data flows.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of ETL processes to ensure they meet business needs.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in ETL and Azure SQL.
- Proven experience in implementing data solutions and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
