E. Bourassa & Sons, a Redhead Equipment company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Advisor (Term position) at our Weyburn location.
At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
The Service Advisor is the heartbeat of a fast-paced service department. The Service Advisor will provide administrative support to our service department by opening and closing work orders, collecting invoices, processing payments, assisting with warranty and payroll administration.
Key Abilities:
Diligent and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Solid understanding of Agriculture, Truck, and Construction equipment
Demonstrated problem solving aptitude
Must be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
Above average computer skills
Assist customers with inquiries and processing payments
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and strong computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Administrative experience is considered an asset, however we are excited to train the right individual who fits well within our team and is eager to grow within our organization.
