Job Description As we continue to grow our retail presence, we’re looking for a passionate and dependable Part-Time Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, takes initiative, and is eager to step into a leadership role.
As a Key Holder, you’ll work closely with the management team to support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining brand and operational standards, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll also take an active role in product preparation and floor execution, building and maintaining a dedicated client base, and achieving sales and service goals. This position offers the opportunity for a motivated associate to grow with the brand and take on increasing responsibilities.
Job Title: Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
Position Start Date : Immediate availability preferred
Position Summary : This role is for an in-house Part-Time Sales Associate and Key Holder, responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, proactively driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team with operational tasks as needed.
Duties, Responsibilities & Tasks
- Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for the brand.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and offering thoughtful styling solutions.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to build loyalty and contribute to overall store growth.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and ensuring the sales floor is organized, well-presented and visually engaging.
- Assist with operational processes such as inventory management, receiving shipments, and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to company policies, and a consistent client experience.
- Effectively delegate tasks and provide follow-up support in partnership with the Retail Manager.
- Assist in training and supporting new team members and fostering a positive and collaborative store culture.
- Problem-solve and contribute to strategies that enhance service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Contribute to achieving store sales goals and key performance metrics through teamwork and consistent execution.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail/sales environment.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Energetic, polished, and passionate about high-quality fashion and styling.
- Proven ability to engage clients through exceptional service by understanding their needs, presenting product features and benefits and offering thoughtful alternatives.
- Skilled in relationship building and developing a loyal client base through authentic and consistent follow-up.
- Strong selling acumen with an ability to translate product knowledge into an elevated client experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and lead by example.
- Post-secondary education in Retail, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset but not required.
