Senior Manager, Content & Creative (13-Month Contract) Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Content & Creative to elevate brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity, developing integrated campaigns, and driving creative excellence across digital, print, and video channels. The successful candidate will combine leadership expertise, creative vision, and data-driven insights to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support revenue growth.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Lead the evolution of brand identity and content marketing programs
- Develop creative strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Oversee content development processes and ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Optimize creative workflows and streamline deliverables for efficiency
- Apply best practices in design, storytelling, and conversion optimization
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and analyze results for continuous improvement
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and design innovations
Your strengths include:
- 5+ years in content and creative leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Post-secondary education in business, communications, or design
- Proven experience managing creative teams and content marketers
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch, XD)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and lead change effectively
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and a passion for innovation
