Your Responsibilities You'll lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You'll strengthen accounting controls, reconciliations, and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. You'll oversee financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, cash management, and regulatory compliance activities. You'll partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and decision-making support. You'll coach and develop a team of four finance professionals, fostering accountability and high performance. You'll champion process improvement initiatives, including automation and modernization of financial systems and workflows. You'll serve as a key liaison with parent company stakeholders, auditors, and external partners.

Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including team management responsibilities CPA designation and post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Strong technical accounting knowledge, including U.S. GAAP or IFRS and internal control frameworks Public accounting experience, ideally with a Big Four or mid-sized firm background Proven success leading month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives Experience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or complex business environments Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach
