Compensation: $51,800 - $84,420
Responsibilities
- Publish plant manufacturing metrics reports on a weekly basis
- Perform daily WIP counts, bin dips, salvage reconciliations and support accurate production entries
- Manage site purchasing process via SAP Ariba including PO writing, vendor change requests and goods receipts.
- Execute weekly Mill Close in Grainsmart
- Support annual ‘wall to wall’ inventory events
- Document adherence to and enforce financial governance and controls rules
- Manage site office contracts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
- Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks and propose recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
- Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders (Shipping & Hourly employees, planning, accounts payable)
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Introductory accounting knowledge
- Post Secondary Education required
- Previous Supply Chain experience is an asset
- Prior SAP Ariba experience is an asset
