As an IT Process Analyst, you’llmanage and improve IT service management (ITSM) processes to support the consistent, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services across the organization. You will work with IT leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to govern ITIL processes, drive process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and oversee assigned ITIL processes, including Asset and Configuration Management.
  • Develop and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes covering procurement, inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and disposal of IT assets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics to evaluate IT service effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and govern IT process documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage internal IT change management processes to ensure changes are implemented according to established policies and with minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support service delivery, contract compliance, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate audit activities, track remediation efforts, and provide regular reporting on process performance to leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT process management, or business analysis within an enterprise IT environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience documenting, implementing, or improving IT policies, processes, or procedures.
  • Experience working with ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping.
  • Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.

Desired Skills

  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Configuration Management practices.
  • Experience supporting IT governance or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI, GDPR, or COBIT).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or IT service providers.
  • S trong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
