About the role
Relevant de la Directrice, Acquisition de talents et Ressources humaines, la personne titulaire du poste de Gestionnaire, acquisition de talents est responsable de la performance globale de la fonction recrutement, dans un contexte combinant recrutement de volume et corporatif. Elle assure la gestion, la mobilisation et le développement d’une équipe de 5 personnes, tout en contribuant activement au recrutement des postes corporatifs stratégiques.
Responsabilités confiées:
- Mener, encadrer et développer une équipe multidisciplinaire en acquisition de talents;
- Diriger la performance de la fonction (priorités, capacité, indicateurs, qualité des embauches);
- Effectuer le cycle 360 de recrutement pour les postes stratégiques, spécialisés et de leadership;
- Superviser et soutenir le recrutement de volume en entrepôt, notamment lors des périodes de pointe;
- Optimiser et faire évoluer les processus et pratiques d’acquisition de talents;
- Agir comme partenaire stratégique auprès des gestionnaires et contribuer au rayonnement de la marque employeur.
- Rester à l’affut des dernières tendances et faire évoluer la pratique.
Facteurs de réussite :
- Une formation académique en ressources humaines jumelée à une expérience minimale de 10 ans en recrutement mixte (corporatif et volume).
- Expérience minimale de 3 ans en gestion d’équipe.
- Reconnue pour ses habiletés de communication, axé sur le service à la clientèle et capable d’influencer les décisions.
- Capacité à naviguer entre leadership, opérationnel et stratégie;
- Approche structurée, orientée résultats et expérience candidat;
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit afin de recruter dans les provinces unilingues anglophone.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, the Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for the overall performance of the recruitment function, in a context combining volume and corporate recruitment. They ensure the management, mobilization and development of a team of 5 people, while actively contributing to the recruitment of strategic corporate positions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary talent acquisition team.
- Lead the performance of the function (priorities, capacity, indicators, quality of hires).
- Conduct the 360° recruitment cycle for strategic, specialized and leadership positions.
- Supervise and support the recruitment of volume in the warehouse, especially during peak periods.
- Optimize and evolve talent acquisition processes and practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and contribute to the influence of the employer brand.
- Staying on top of the latest trends and evolving the practice.
Success factors:
- An academic background in human resources combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mixed recruitment (corporate and volume).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
- Recognized for their communication skills, customer service oriented and able to influence decisions.
- Ability to navigate between leadership, operations and strategy.
- Structured, results-oriented approach and candidate experience.
- Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written to recruit in unilingual English-speaking provinces.
