Établi au Canada et chef de file dans la fabrication et développement de produits de solutions industrielles et dans les segments agro/alimentaire, institutionnelles et industrielles et pétrochimiques la compagnie est à la recherche d’un vice -président exécutif pour ses opérations canadiennes.
Votre rôle :
- Ayant connu une croissance significative depuis 10 ans et opérant plusieurs usines au Canada dont quelques-unes dans la région de Montréal nous sommes à la recherche d’un (une) candidat pour mener a bien la gestion quotidienne et la croissance de l’entreprise grâce à un travail passionné et un désire constant d’innovation.
- Sous la direction du Président ce poste joue un rôle essentiel au sein de la direction stratégique et opérationnel de l’entreprise.
- Leadership inspirant – agir en tant que leader passionne qui motive et engage les employé(e)s collectivement à dépasser les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Assure une collaboration inter-compartimentale et une communication transparente avec toutes les divisions
- Orientation vers les résultats avec des budgets réalistes mais ambitieux
Exigences : Le titulaire doit être titulaire d’un baccalauréat en administration ou scientifique (de préférence en chimie) et posséder au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la fabrication. Parfaitement bilingue Disponible et mobile pour voyager 20% de votre temps. Facilite à travailler avec des cultures différentes. Habiliter à analyser et interpréter des rapports financiers

Solidly established in Canada, this company is a recognized leader in the design and production of specialty industrial solutions serving diverse B2B markets including agri-food, institutional, industrial, and petrochemical segments. The organization is currently seeking an Executive Vice-President to lead its Canadian operations.
Your Role:
Having experienced significant growth over the past several years and operating multiple manufacturing facilities across Canada, we are looking for a candidate to successfully manage the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of the company through passionate leadership and a constant commitment to innovation. Reporting to President, this position plays an essential role within the strategic and operational direction of the organization. The successful candidate will act as an inspiring and passionate leader who motivates and collectively engages employees to exceed company objectives, ensures cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication across all divisions, and delivers results through realistic yet ambitious budgets.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a scientific discipline, preferably in chemistry, and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Full bilingualism in French and English is required. The candidate must be available and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time, demonstrate ease in working within multicultural environments, and possess a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
