About the role

We’re looking for a talented Print Designer with a strong background in creating high-impact in-store assets for retail environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in print design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in translating brand identity into engaging, effective retail materials.

With a thorough understanding of our target audience and store experience, you will adapt visual strategies to create memorable shopping experiences customized store by store, as needed.

The role will be in our Marketing and Design department but will have multiple cross-functional interaction including visiting stores regularly and coordinating between office-based teams and in-store field teams, to validate success of design and set-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of print assets for retail, including window displays, signage, posters, shelf talkers, and POP/POS materials.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing for innovation and visual impact.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to bring campaigns to life in-store.
  • Prepare final artwork for print, ensuring accuracy, quality, and press-ready files.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design and implement visually appealing displays to attract customers and enhance sales;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional print design experience, specifically focused on retail and in-store assets.
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, finishes, substrates, and file preparation.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven designer who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
